If you or your child will be missing a class, and you notify us before the start of the session, you may pay a prorated cost. Because we are a very small art center and our classes change every 4-6 weeks, our instructors count on the enrollment numbers for their time and supplies. There are no make-up classes provided. Instead, we offer our CAMP families free events and activities throughout the year.
If you or your child will be missing a class, and you notify us before the start of the session we will prorate your expense by subtracting the cost of any missed classes from your total (provided their is not a class wait list.) If you are registering for a class or camp after the session has started, we will prorate the session fee for you, and $5 fee will be added to the total amount.
cancellations & refunds
We require a minimum of 4 students for a class to run. If there are not enough students, and you have already paid for it, you may either receive a full refund or credit for a class in the future.
If you or your child needs to cancel a registration that you have already paid for, then you must notify us a minimum of 10 days in advance, and we will provide a full refund with a 5% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after this time.
If you need to cancel an event reservation, please note that our deposits are non-refundable.
If a class is cancelled or there is an arrangement with the director about receiving credit for a class, a credit form must be filled out and signed by the instructor or staff. All credit must be used within 12 months of being issued.
CAMP takes pictures of artwork and participants for use in the marketing and promotion of our programs. Registration grants permission to CAMP to use any pictures taken for this purpose. Please notify us if you or your child needs to opt out of media.
The number of guests in attendance and a final quote will be confirmed two weeks in advance of the event.
